Processing Time

Standard Orders: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
Business Days: Our processing time excludes weekends and public holidays.

Shipping Methods & Timeframes

We currently offer the following shipping option:

Domestic Shipping (Within India)

Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days after processing

Shipping Carriers

We primarily use Shiprocket and DHL for delivering our orders. The specific carrier may vary based on your location and availability.

Tracking Information

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website or by contacting our customer service team.

Delivery Address

It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information.
Orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error cannot be refunded for shipping costs.
We are unable to change the delivery address once an order has been processed.

Shipping Delays & Issues

While we strive to meet all delivery timeframes, occasional delays may occur due to weather conditions, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
If your package appears to be delayed, please check the tracking information first and then contact our customer service team if additional assistance is needed.

Missing or Damaged Packages

If your package is shown as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours.
If your items arrive damaged, please take photos and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
For visibly damaged packages, please take photos of the package before opening if possible.

Multiple Package Shipments

Large orders may be shipped in multiple packages and may not arrive simultaneously.
Each package will have its own tracking information.
