Processing Time
- Standard Orders: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Business Days: Our processing time excludes weekends and public holidays.
Shipping Methods & Timeframes
We currently offer the following shipping option:
Domestic Shipping (Within India)
- Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days after processing
- Free on orders over ₹499
Shipping Carriers
We primarily use Shiprocket and DHL for delivering our orders. The specific carrier may vary based on your location and availability.
Tracking Information
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
- You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website or by contacting our customer service team.
Delivery Address
- It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information.
- Orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error cannot be refunded for shipping costs.
- We are unable to change the delivery address once an order has been processed.
Shipping Delays & Issues
- While we strive to meet all delivery timeframes, occasional delays may occur due to weather conditions, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- If your package appears to be delayed, please check the tracking information first and then contact our customer service team if additional assistance is needed.
Missing or Damaged Packages
- If your package is shown as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours.
- If your items arrive damaged, please take photos and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- For visibly damaged packages, please take photos of the package before opening if possible.
Multiple Package Shipments
- Large orders may be shipped in multiple packages and may not arrive simultaneously.
- Each package will have its own tracking information.
